What does «meter cizaña» mean in Spanish?

Tares are a type of plant similar to wheat that usually grows without having been planted and can be confused with this cereal, except that it is toxic. Its negative connotation comes from the 4th century A.D., where some evangelists used the comparison between wheat and tares to make an analogy between good and evil, virtue and sin, good and bad.
