What does «letra inglesa» mean in Spanish?
- This style of handwriting is more inclined than the bastard, and its thickness and outlines are the result of the greater or lesser pressure of the pen, which must be very thin. Its forms are elegant and smooth, its ligatures delicate. It is often used as a generic term for various forms of calligraphy using pointed nibs. In English it is called "round hand" and one of its variants "copperplate".
