- A species of cactus comprising many varieties generally with beautiful flowers and good fragrance. Also known as pasakana. Common in Bolivia in the areas of Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, in Mizque, in Sucre. Used as a remedy for kidney ailments. Scientific name: Eriocereus tephracanthus.
