What does «llajua» mean in Spanish?

A type of spicy sauce that is made, usually in a "batán", on the basis of aji locoto or rocoto (Capsicum pubescens), tomato and aromatic herbs. It is made especially in western Bolivia, northwestern Argentina and northern Chile.
