What does «juridicidad» mean in Spanish?
- Tendency to the predominance of legal solutions in political and social affairs. The criterion of legality defends the rule of law over the use of force, which is why it is associated with democratic systems. In de facto governments, on the other hand, force is preferred over legality. This is given by a logical necessity so that an action can be classified as lawful (adequate to the legal norm that regulates it) or as unlawful (violating the legal norm).
- Legal quality; that which is in accordance with the law, which complies with the prescriptions of the legal norm that regulates them.
