What does «asalto» mean in Spanish?

Examples of use in Spanish: "este combate de boxeo se disputará a seis asaltos de tres minutos".
- Variation of the tic-tac-toe game, in which the assailant has 24 pieces and the defender only 2.
- Fun that consists of some people being invited by surprise to another person's house, taking the elements of the treat, without previously notifying the owner.
- Attack against a garrison or place to enter and conquer it.
- (asalto frontal) Military tactic that consists of a direct and hostile movement of forces against the enemy, with a large number of elements, in an attempt to defeat him. It is usually the last resort that a commander applies when he has no other strategies and for this reason it is also known as a suicidal strike.
