What does «yapú» mean in Spanish?
- A species of thrush, also known by the common names of chacarero, conoto, oropéndola crestada, paucar (páucar), tojo and uchi. Scientific name: Psarocolius decumanus. Family: Icteridae. With an intense black color, yellow tail, light beak and blue eyes, this bird can reach 30 cm in length. It is distributed in South America and the extreme south of Central America.
