What does «ventrisca» mean in Spanish?
- Fish belly. The part of the fish between the pectoral and ventral fins.
- Food of Catalan origin that consists of the belly of the fish seasoned and cooked in the oven, grilled or fried. It is highly valued that of tuna, such as tuna and especially bonito; it is a meat rich in fat, juicy and fine textured.
