What does «taranto» mean in Spanish?

Flamenco palo that originates in the province of Almeria (Andalusia, Spain) and is descended from the taranta. It differs from the taranta in that it slightly follows a meter, so it is possible to dance it in this way. Its dance is similar to that of the Zambra Mora.
