What does «prueba conducente» mean in Spanish?
- Conductive evidence. Also called relevant evidence. It is evidence relating to a fact that, if proven, will influence the total or partial decision of the litigation. Its opposite is impertinent or irrelevant evidence.
Examples of use in Spanish: "Se deben proveer las pruebas conducentes para confirmar o descartar la relación entre el mafioso y el político acusado".
