What does «laus deo» mean in Spanish?
- Latin phrase meaning "glory to God" or "praise be to God", and is used at the end of a written work and as a form of greeting when entering a house, especially a religious one. It was also used in ancient times as a heading on bills of exchange. Sometimes it is also used "laus deo semper" (praise God always). It is the motto of many saints, especially those of the monastic tradition.
