What does «bacaray» mean in Spanish?
- Unborn calf taken from the mother's womb when she was killed or died naturally. It is bromatologically considered unfit for human consumption, although it is consumed anyway, being a very soft, tasteless and somewhat rubbery meat. With its soft leather, overlays, handles, slippers, mates, etc. are made.
