What does «acromacia» mean in Spanish?

In medicine, confusion of colors or total color blindness. People with acromatia have no pigment in the cones of their eyes, so their vision is in black, white and shades of gray. Also called monochromatia and achromatopsia.
Sickly pallor of the body; achromasia.
