What does «Yelcho» mean in Spanish?
- Lake Yelcho, located in Northern Patagonia, Palena Province, in the X Region of Los Lagos in Chile and has 116km². It is located about 46 km south of Chaitén. It receives the waters of the Futaleufú River and drains into the Yelcho River, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. It is surrounded by high hills. The lake is known worldwide for sport fishing.
