What does «reviro» mean in Spanish?
- Food based on corn or wheat flour, egg, water and salt, which is fried and eaten crumbled or cut into small pieces. It serves as an accompaniment to various meals. It is common among the mensú (rural jungle worker) of the yerbatales for being the cheapest. Formerly it was known as poor people's bread.
