What does «maculado» mean in Spanish?

Like all participles, it always denotes past tense and perfective aspect; "maculado" forms the compound or perfective tenses of the regular conjugation in Spanish: he maculado, había maculado, habré maculado, habrán maculado..., it is also used to conjugate the passive voice and to form subordinate clauses.
