What does «antenado» mean in Spanish?
- Hijastro, tra; the son or daughter of the person to whom someone is married is the antenado or antenada; while for these someone may be their stepfather or stepmother.
Examples of use in Spanish: "los hijos del matrimonio anterior de mi marido son mis antenados".
"aún no tengo hijos con mi marido, pero él ya tuvo dos hijas con su exmujer... son mis antenadas, pero las trato como si fueran mis propias hijas".
